ORDER PROCESS
Artwork demonstration & Photo request
Step 1
Feel free to ask for a special photo request and a scheduled video call to re-assess the condition and legitimacy of the painting. Prior to the inquiry stage, we will be transparent about the details you need to know about the painting.
Step 2
Artwork purchase
We accept online payment & bank transfers through BDO, Metrobank, Paypal (Peso currency), and GCash only. Beware of online scammers and note that we are only accepting payments under "Avery/ Rose Ballad" account name.
Step 3
Delivery
Our team will arrange the delivery booking service for your convenience. We will be choosing between Lalamove & Grab (whichever is cheaper and more convenient) or if you wish to book the delivery for location privacy feel free to do so.
Personal Meet up
The artist will personally deliver the artwork to you and will only accept personal meet up inside the mall during weekends | 10am- 4pm and weekdays | 12:10pm- 12:50pm at Uptown BGC, Marketplace between.
